• The main benefit is that we know who to contact in case of emergency.
• Your health condition is very important to us. Show medication taken and if under physician care, please give the physicians name and phone number.
• We like to know your need so that we make you feel comfortable (not luxurious).

For the yogis protection, registration is required before attending any meditation retreat. You may fill out our online registration form or obtain a form at the center. Please read very carefully.

Every blank in the form must be completed. We appreciate your co-operation.

You may donate at your comfort level and you may donate for the new comer. We do need your support for the continuation of this temple.
