Biography of Ashin Tsandardika

Sayadaw Ashin Tsandardika was born in January 9^th, Tuesday 1968 at Tha-Htay Kon Yatkwat, Ye-Nan-Chaung, Myanmar (Burma).

Ashin Tsandardika’s parents were U Sein Win and Daw Thein Thein.

He graduated from High School in 1984 with distinction in all six subjects and hold the second position form the whole Burma.

Soon after graduation, he was ordained as a monk was studying Buddhism (Pariyatti) at Maha-Gandaryon monastery in Amarapura City, Myanmar.

He received his Pa-tha-makyaw degree in 1992 and Dhammar Cariya, a teaching certificate in 1995.

In 1998, he published the first Dhamma book,”Ta-yauk-te-nay, Ta sek-te-thar”in memory of his 30^th birthday.. Since then he has published 29 books.

He is now residing in Shwe Parami-Tawya Monastery, at Kay-la-tha Mountain , Thaton, Myanmar.

He spends most of his time in Pariyatti and Paripatti practices.
