July Self-Retreat On July 12 (Saturday) and 13 Sunday), 2008, there will be a self retreat at TTVMC. Please bring one pot-luck dish for lunch. There will be a chanting of Pathan in the evening. Everyone is welcome to participate. You do not have to call in, just show-up on Saturday before lunch so that we can offer lunch to U Sukhasambodhi.
August Retreat
We are glad to announce that Sayadaw U Jeya Pandita from Moe Nyin Theingi Kyaung of Dagon Myothit (North) Yangon, Myanmar will give (5) days vipassana course commencing from August 6th, 2008 5am to August 10th, 2008 Sunday 3pm. All Dhamma friends are cordially invited. The space is limited to 30 full time Yogis. Please register with the center by e-mail or call at (951) 352-4680. You are encouraged to arrive at the center on Friday June 29, 2007. Those dhamma friends who do not have time to participate in full time retreat, are welcome to come and listen to dhamma talk (8)pm daily.
Direction to TTVMC Take 91 East to Van Buren. Take left to Indiana, immediately turn right to Van Buren. At the 4th.traffic light, take left turn to Victoria. Then at 3rd. stop sign, turn right to Monroe Street. TTVMC is on the right:3rd house.
